This document evaluates the inclusion of refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in national development planning, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. It assesses the extent of their integration in development plans and strategies, alongside compliance with international commitments such as the Global Compact on Refugees. The paper also provides recommendations for enhancing the consideration of forcibly displaced populations in development frameworks.
