The event will serve as a platform for Member States and involved actors to assess progress, challenges, and opportunities in the implementation of the pact in the region. The participation of all CEPAL Member States and various stakeholders is expected.

This congress aims to create a space for dialogue, reflection, and analysis on the issues and challenges faced by children, adolescents, and their families in various contexts of human mobility. It also seeks to encourage collective reflections from diverse perspectives and approaches, addressing the epistemological, theoretical, and methodological implications of research, intervention, and support for social actors in migration situations.
