Unaccompanied minors

This congress aims to create a space for dialogue, reflection, and analysis on the issues and challenges faced by children, adolescents, and their families in various contexts of human mobility. It also seeks to encourage collective reflections from diverse perspectives and approaches, addressing the epistemological, theoretical, and methodological implications of research, intervention, and support for social actors in migration situations.

This course deals with the care and protection of unaccompanied and separated refugee and migrant children moving across and between countries. This course will provide an understanding of the risks and vulnerabilities faced by these children. It will inform the improvement of policies and practices and provide support services that uphold children's rights and meet their best interests.
