This report documents sexual violence against men and boys during the Colombian armed conflict, a historically overlooked issue. Within the framework of the 2016 Peace Agreement, 75 cases occurring between 1989 and 2015 were submitted to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP), mainly from the regions of Magdalena, Montes de María, and Chocó. The main perpetrators were members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia – People's Army (FARC-EP) and the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC), with attacks marked by extreme brutality. Most victims were forcibly displaced following the assaults. The investigation was led by All Survivors Project (ASP), the Network of Women Victims and Professionals (RMVP), and the Focus Groups of Male Victims of Sexual Violence.
